Is-sinjal għal AŻŻMA jsir b’id waħda u bil-parti ta’ fuq tal-ġisem. L-id titqiegħed bil-pala fuq il-parti bejn l-ispalel waqt li l-ispallejn jitgħawġu ’l quddiem u s-sider jogħla u jinżel darbtejn b’nifs qawwi ’il ġewwa u ’l barra.
The sign for ASTHMA is made with the upper body and one hand. The hand is placed with the palm between the shoulders whilst the shoulders lean over as a deep breath is inhaled and then exhaled causing the upper body to rise and then fall twice.
